The Orders function displays all customer orders placed through your website, SelPlace, or third-party platforms.
Step 1: Select "Orders" from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen. This section categorizes orders by status, including: Pending, Accepted, Cancelled, En route, Delivered, Rejected, Refunded.
This allows you to track and manage orders efficiently.
Step 2: Click on the order ID to view the order details
Step 3: Order details can be downloaded or sent to the customer via email or WhatsApp message.
N.B: Access to view the order page is by permission. If you do not have permission to view this page, please speak to your store administrator.
