The Reviews and Rating section is to see how well your customer rate your service, business or products and to identify product or service that have a higher rating and those that have a poor rating.

Step 1: Click on the "Reviews and Rating" section on the menu bar to view summary of ratings. You will be able to a breakdown of the ratings by stars from 1-5 stars (1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest).

Step 2: You will also be able to see the details of the customer(s) and reviews made. You can filter the reviews by stars as well.

Step 3: You can also delete a review by clicking on the "three dots" at right hand side of the specific review, a pop-up will appear, provide the reason for wanting to delete the review and select "Yes, Proceed".
