SelPay gives you the freedom to main communication with customers and staff by sending emails and sms to them directly without leaving your dashboard.

Step 1: Select SMS/Email on the menu bar on the left hand side of your SelPay dashboard.

Step 2: Click on New Message

Step 3: Select the message type, recipient type...and type in the message and click on "send"

The message will be sent and a prompt message will appear.

In case you run our SMS/email balance you can also top up your account to be able to send more SMS and emails
