The gift and loyalty card function allows you to generate gift cards as an alternative means of payment to your customers and reward customer loyalty by offering loyalty cards to long-standing customers.


Step 1: Select the gifts and loyalty cards option on the menu bar to view the status of gift and loyalty cards pending or delivered.



Step 2: To request for a card, click on the 'request cards' option. Choose card option "gift card" or "loyalty card". move to select design, enter the value of the cards, quantity requested for, enter the delivery information and select complete payment to make payment for the cards ordered.



Step 3: To assign a gift or loyalty card. Select the assign cards option.



Step 4: You can assign the card to an existing customer or a new customer. For new customers, select "Add New", complete the customer details and click 'save and assign'. While for existing customer, all you need to do is select the customer from the drop-down, scan the bar code of the card with your card scanner or enter the card ID then click on 'save and assign'. The card can be given to the customer to make payment.



N.B.: There is an added cost of #200 for each card printed. This is the cost for printing the cards. Cards would be delivered between 3-5 working days, depending on the quantity requested for.
