This section helps you keep record of returned products by customers
Step 1: Navigate to the left hand menu section of your dashboard and click on "Returned Products"
Step 2: Click on "Add"
Step 3: Input the receipt number if available or input the customers name/phone number.
Step 4: Complete the other information, select the status of the product, date returned, quantity returned etc and click on "Submit" and the returned products will be recorded.
You can always update the information of the returned products
