The discrepancy report allows you to reconcile your stocks, comparing the physical goods available to what is recorded on SelPay. This helps you track discrepancies, product updates and stock counting.

Step 1: Select "Discrepancy Reports on the sidebar of your SelPay dashboard

Step 2: Click on "Add" to generate a report

Step 3: Can the product bar code or type the product name.

As you select a product, the current quantity available and the current quantity sole will be displayed. Enter the physical quantity of the product available, if the physical quantity does not match the quantity available a dispute will be recorded.

You can add as many products as possible as you want. Once satisfied click on "Submit"

Step 4: The discrepancy report will be generated
