This section is to record products that can no longer be sold to customers. It could be as a result of manufacturing error, warehouse handling or during dispatch.
Step 1: To add a damaged product, select the "Damaged Products" section of the menu bar
Step 2: Click on "Add" and complete all of the product information. (You also have the option to remove the quantity damaged from the productt stock)
Step 3: Click on "Save" and the damaged products will be added and removed from the stock quantity of good products.
From the "Damaged Products" details page, you will be able to view the product information, update the damaged product information and it status, if it has been fixed or returned.
